Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all screen protectors, cables, or additional components are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
